The Bhimtal lake is the largest in the district centred admits green mountains. It measures 1.750 m by 460 m and is longer than the Nainital Lake. The spot is situated at 1.380 m above sea level at 22.5 km from Nainital. Bhimtal offers splendid views and visual vistas of nature’s beauty.
